Role Overview:
We are seeking a Marketing and Business Development Executive to spearhead our growth in the UK and international markets. This role is suitable for candidates with a background in business development, marketing strategy, and B2B engagement, particularly within construction, signage, or brand implementation sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the signage, fit-out, and construction sectors.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UK and internationally.
• Manage digital and offline marketing content, SEO, email campaigns, and LinkedIn presence.
• Conduct competitor analysis, customer research, and market trend assessments.
• Maintain and expand relationships with corporate clients and contractors.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and client reports in coordination with the operations team.

Candidate Requirements:
Essential:
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong command of English (written and verbal).
• Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development roles.
• Understanding of B2B marketing, especially within signage, construction, or shopfitting domains.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, digital marketing tools, and CRM systems.
Preferred:
• Prior experience in working with signage or retail infrastructure businesses.⸻
